Planning permission submitted

We are still waiting to finalise contracts to buy the land that we hope will be the home of our new nursery but we have decided to start the planning application now.  Hopefully this will just save us some time so we can forge ahead with the development. We are expecting to exchange contracts later this week! Exciting times.
